Over 35 young women were present for all or part of the weekend along with approximately 20 chaperones. Faithfully enduring many difficulties and overcoming obstacles, the parish grew and found a home at its current location, a truly inviting and lovely place of worship centrally located and easily accessible from the entire greater Rochester area. At the beginning of 2014, the parish launched an <span style="color: #000080;"><strong>E</strong>vangelism <strong>T</strong>ask <strong>F</strong>orce </span>comprised of twelve members from teenage to eighty. Saint Basil's Academy has beautiful grounds offering dormitory style rooms, an indoor basketball court and an Olympic-size indoor swimming pool which will be available for use. There is no fee to participate in this three-day retreat.
