Holy Apostles Church in Lansing NY is a young and special place that has an unprecedented opportunity to purchase a building to turn into an Orthodox Church. This cannot be done without assistance from the friends and family of the parish. Over the last few months, at the encouragement of the faithful of Holy Apostles Church, Father James Worthington, the parish priest, has been in training for the Philadelphia Half Marathon, which is to be held on Saturday, November 19th. He is looking for sponsors to donate to the parish Building Fund for each mile he runs.
