Celebrating 110 Years of Faith and Fellowship at St. Vladimir Orthodox Church, Trenton, NJ

[Trenton, NJ] — On Sunday, October 19, 2025, St. Vladimir Orthodox Church in Trenton, NJ, joyfully celebrated a historic milestone — the 110th Anniversary. The day was blessed with the presence of His Beatitude Metropolitan Tikhon and His Eminence Archbishop Michael, who, together with clergy and deacons, prayerfully led the Divine Liturgy in thanksgiving for over a century of unwavering faith, worship, and community.

A very special moment during the Liturgy was the ordination of Basil Berck to the Holy Diaconate. It was a joyful and prayerful occasion as he was welcomed into this new role of service to God and the Church.

The atmosphere throughout the day was filled with gratitude and joy. Parishioners, friends, and guests gathered in large numbers to rejoice, pray, and honor the legacy of our beloved parish. Following the Divine Liturgy, we continued our celebration with a banquet in the church hall — a time of storytelling, laughter, and shared memories. It was a reminder of the deep bonds that unite us as a parish family.

As we reflect on 110 years of spiritual growth and community, we look to the future with hope and faith, inspired by our patron, St. Vladimir, and strengthened by the prayers of the saints.

Let us remember the words of St. John of Kronstadt, who said:
“The Church is Heaven on earth, for in it dwells the heavenly God Himself.”

May the presence of Christ continue to sanctify our church, our community, and our hearts for generations to come.
Glory to God for all things!
