Saint Nicholas Church in Cohoes NY will celebrate the 100th Anniversary of the martyrdom of Saint Elizabeth "the Royal" on Sunday, 1 July 2018. A Hierarchical Divine Liturgy will begin the commemorations at 9:30 a.m. folowed by brunch. At 1:30 p.m. an Akathist (service of praise) to Saint Elizabeth will be served and Father Ilya Gotlinsky will speak on the life of Saint Elizabeth. The public is invited, admittance is free.
