Archbishop Michael to Lead Celebration of the Feast of St. Olga of Alaska in East Meadow

EAST MEADOW, NY — Holy Trinity Orthodox Church in East Meadow will joyfully celebrate the Feast of St. Olga of Alaska, beloved as the Matushka of All Alaska and known for her deep compassion and acts of mercy.

The celebration will begin with Vigil on Sunday, October 26 at 6:00 PM, followed by Hours and the Divine Liturgy on Monday, October 27 at 9:00 AM. After the Divine Liturgy, His Eminence, Archbishop Michael, will offer a Reflection on the Glorification of St. Olga, sharing insights on her enduring spiritual legacy and missionary example.

A Yup’ik-inspired luncheon will follow in the parish hall, honoring the cultural roots and faithful witness of St. Olga and her people.

All are welcome to participate in this beautiful celebration of faith, service, and the sanctity of everyday Christian life.
