On Sunday, November 13th, Bishop Michael celebrated the Akathist "Glory to God for All Things" at Assumption of the Holy Virgin Church (Clifton NJ) with petitions and prayers for those who are ill.  Serving along with His Grace was the parish rector, Father Stephen Evanina. Following a homily delivered by Bishop Michael, over 150 faithful were anointed with the holy oil from the reliquary of Saint John Maximovitch.  A fellowship hour followed with a Q&A session with His Grace.

“The faithful of Assumption of the Holy Virgin Church are grateful to His Grace, Bishop Michael,” said Father Evanina, “and the many faithful for their participation in what turned out to be a remarkable afternoon of Christian prayer and fellowship.”
