The Department of College Ministry [DoCM] held its inaugural event “The Fields are White for Harvest: Welcome to College Ministry” on Saturday, 18 August at Holy Trinity Church in Yonkers NY. In establishing the DoCM, Bishop Michael appointed Deacon John Diamantis (Holy Trinity Orthodox Church, East Meadow NY) as chairperson. Deacon John serves concurrently in a similar capacity with the national Orthodox Christian Fellowship as District Chaplain. A website for the DoCM has been established and a direct icon-link is displayed on this homepage.
