Bishop Michael has issued a letter to the faithful for the celebration of Pentecost on Sunday, 23 June. In part, Bishop Michael writes: “On this Great Feast of Pentecost, the Descent of the Holy Spirit and the Birthday of the Church, let us recommit ourselves in the faith and service of Christ’s Holy Church. Let us rejoice that God has called us to be His “fellow workers.” (1 Corinthians 3:9) Let us focus on finding, and fulfilling, our role and our part in the Body of Christ. This is the holy work in which God has invited us to assist Him. Let us build up Christ’s Body, unto the glory of Almighty God -- not just for today, but until He comes again.”
