A memorial service was held at Holy Spirit Church in Wantage NJ in remembrance of the terrorist attacks on 9-11. Members of the local fire department, police department, and West Point Military Academy were present and participated. This marked the 12th annual memorial service held at the parish in memory of the lives lost during the attacks on our country.

After the service a repast was held in fellowship. Concelebrating at the service were: Archpriest Samuel Kedala (parish rector and Dean of the New Jersey Deanery); Protopresbyter John Angel (Saint Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church, Newburgh NY); Presbyter Christos Talleos (Holy Cross Greek Orthodox Church, Middletown NY); and, Priest George Kevorkian (Saint Ignatius Antiochian Mission, Florida NY).
