Forty church school teachers gathered at Holy Resurrection Church in Wayne NJ on Saturday, 4 August, for an entire day devoted to church school teachers/directors training. Matushka Myra Kovalak (Elevation of the Holy Cross Church, Williamsport PA), accompanied by trainers Father George Alberts and Nike Bach facilitated and led discussions on a wide range of topics.

Conference - 08/04/12
The hosts, Father Paul Kucynda (parish rector) and his staff, assisted in providing lunch and various resource materials. The conference was the first of three scheduled for the diocese during the month of August, one in each deanery. Certificates were awarded to the attendees, on behalf of the Orthodox Christian Education Commission, by Matushka Kovalak.
