A Diocesan Teen Social will take place at Holy Trinity in East Meadow on February 19.  This is the second event in the series of Quarterly Teen Socials being held across the Diocese in the hopes of reconnecting our Youth to our churches and to each other.  There will be simultaneous get-togethers in Paramus as well as Herkimer on this date.

Each quarter Host Parishes across the Diocese will sponsor a service activity followed by dinner and Vespers. Each Social will also include a Zoom get-together between all the Host parishes so the teens can socialize together.   Host parishes are being sought at centralized locations across the Diocese to gather as many youth as we can without having participants travel long distances. The dates for 2022 are: February 19, May 14,  August 20, and November 12.

In addition to providing a wonderful opportunity to gather together and meet new friends, these get-togethers will provide opportunities to “catch-up” with each other as well as pray together and serve others (letters of participation for service hours will be provided at the end of each gathering).
