On Saturday, August 26, 2023, we were blessed to have His Eminence, Archbishop Michael, come to give the mystery of Baptism and Chrismation to Protodeacon John Morvay's son's newborn granddaughter, Mikayla May Morvay, born June 29, 2023. 

The Morvay family, including parents Michael and Kimberly, their daughter Mackenzie, grandparents Protodeacon John Morvay and Matushka Donnalynn Morvay, as well as the proud Uncle Daniel Morvay and his cousins Carter and James, all gathered together for this special occasion. The godparents were Beth Morvay and Matthew Riley.

It was truly an honor to have His Eminence take time out of his schedule to come to perform this beautiful ceremony! Serving with His Eminence was his subdeacon Zack Parissi. In attendance was the Very Reverend Archpriest John Prokopiuk, Rector of Nativity of the Virgin Church in Jackson, NJ. A luncheon proceeded the service at Plumsted Grill in New Egypt.
