Father Vasil Dubee is the new pastor of Saint Innocent Mission in Oneonta NY. He was assigned to the mission parish by Archbishop Michael on December 1st. Father celebrated his first weekend of services at the Oneonta mission on the Feast of Saint Nicholas, Dec. 5-6. He married Matushka Lesya, a native of Ukraine, in 2010; they welcomed their daughter Veronika into the world in 2013. Father was ordained to the Holy Diaconate in 2014 and to the Holy Priesthood in November 2015 by His Eminence, Archbishop Mark (Diocese of Eastern Pennsylvania). Received under the omophorion of Archbishop Michael in late 2015, he served as a supply priest in the New York State Deanery while awaiting assignment to his first parish.
