The Commission on Missions and Evangelism is a department of the Diocese of New York and New Jersey established by His Eminence Archbishop Michael. The work of the Commission is to manage the missions of the Diocese, educate parishes on evangelism and mission and provide material and resources to foster growth in the parishes of the Diocese.

Tosi - Chairman of CME and Assistant Professor of Pastoral Theology at St. Vladimir’s Seminary, Rector of St. Gregory the Theologian Orthodox Church, Priest Samuel Davis – Rector of St. Simon Orthodox Mission and Spiritual Director of St. Basil House, Reader Theogenes Teriba – Member of St. Gregory the Theologian Orthodox Church and Assistant Professor of Architectural History at Vassar College, Major Athanasius Williams – Major and Chaplain in the U.S. Army stationed at Ft. Drum, NY. Recent convert to the Orthodox Church, Anthony Davis – Graduate of St. Vladimir’s Seminary, CPE graduate and manager of the Bookstore at St. Vladimir’s Seminary, Elias Drew – Former executive of Metropolitan Life, former pastor with 40 years’ experience in ministry.
